1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using YL.LINK, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
YL.LINK provides URL shortening and analytics services specifically for Young Living Independent Distributors. We provide branded short URLs and tracking analytics for the United States / English market.
3. Service Limitations
Geographic Limitation: This service works only for the United States / English Market. YL.LINK links redirect to Young Living's US/English referral pages only.
Read-Only Service: There is no customer support provided for user accounts as everything operates in a read-only state. There is no interaction you can do to influence the software or modify your link configuration. Your shortened URL is automatically generated based on your Young Living Member ID and cannot be changed.
4. User Obligations
- You must be a valid Young Living Independent Distributor to use this service
- You must provide accurate Young Living Member ID during registration
- You must provide valid payment information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes
5. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed annually. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription period.
6. Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback at any point after making payment will result in immediate and permanent consequences:
- Immediate termination of your active shortened link (yl.link/MEMBER_ID will stop working)
- Permanent termination of your YL.LINK account
- Permanent blacklist from the platform – you will not be able to create a new account
If you have billing concerns or disputes, please contact us at billing@yl.link before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving any legitimate billing issues.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and deactivate your shortened URL at our discretion for:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent activity
- Chargeback initiation
- Abuse of the service
- Providing false or misleading information
8. Limitation of Liability
YL.LINK is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to lost sales, business interruption, or any indirect damages.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
