- Referrer source
2. Payment Information
Personal and payment information is stored solely by Stripe for the purpose of maintaining an authentic payment record.
YL.LINK does not store, process, or have access to your complete credit card information. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We only receive a reference ID to identify your subscription status.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the YL.LINK service
- Create your personalized shortened URL
- Track and display analytics for your shortened URLs
- Send important service updates and account notifications
- Process subscription payments through Stripe
- Improve our services
4. Data Storage and Security
Your account data and analytics are stored securely on Supabase's encrypted infrastructure located in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3)
- Row-level security for database access
- Secure authentication with hashed passwords
- Regular security audits
5. Data Retention
Analytics data is retained for the duration of your active subscription. Account data is retained while your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate YL.LINK:
- Stripe - Payment processing and subscription management
- Supabase - Database and authentication
- Short.io - URL shortening infrastructure
- Vercel - Website hosting
- Resend - Transactional email delivery
- Tawk.to - Live chat support (optional)

7. Analytics Data Collection
When someone clicks your shortened URL, we collect non-personally identifiable information to provide you with analytics. We do not track individual users across websites, and we do not sell or share analytics data with third parties. Analytics are solely for your use to understand your link performance.
